Divya Dhokai, L.E., has been practicing electrolysis in the state of Maryland for over 32 years.  When she started her electrology practice, she was the first electrologist of South Asian descent in the Baltimore and D.C. metropolitan areas.  She is a retired medical technologist, with an educational background in the sciences and medical technology.  Divya is a member of the American Electrology Assocation (AEA), and she has served for 6 years on the board of the Maryland Association of Professional Electrologists (MAPE) as Treasurer.  She is particularly passionate about helping clients with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and other health issues that affect hair growth.  She is proud that several of her former clients are now licensed electrologists in Maryland and other states!
